You can already. Add them to your connections, have them do that to you and then browse each other's files and download what you like. |
Blackbird, you could be more specific? I've been unable to duplicate this. The only place I know where to add an IP is under the Connections screen. When I type an IP there, it immediately tries to establish a "full" Gnutella servent relationship with that IP. If the computer at the other end is in Leaf mode, or is already max'd for regular connectons, then it's rejected. What's needed, I think, is the ability to type an IP in the Search screen so as to initiate a Browse Host connection rather than a full servent (or Leaf/Ultrapeer) connection. |
Hmm...I never noticed that. I guess the people I've done this with are always UP with open slots. Yes, i'd agree, there needs to be way to type in an IP to initiate a browse host command. |
