Lightbulb Audio player insufficient.

i've been using LW for about a year now, but the audio player built-in, SUCKS. The player really needs some work. It's small, hard to read, opens only MP3 (i think), and u cant scroll the song.
It's really annoying. please make some better controls and audio player. u know what would be really cool? if u could be able to click-and-drag the player off limewire, and be able to dock it somewhere like how WMP does it in the Taskbar.

PS. Kazaa and IMesh have a cool, little thing that organizes all of the files into Audio, Video, Software, Documents, Images, Etc. it would be cool if LW could be able to do that plus organize the files by their extentions. like mp3, midi, wav, Etc.

Why not just ditch the player altogether? I tried to use it and it couldn't play many of my mp3's. Its random play was also anything but. I'll just keep using iTunes, thank you (or Winamp on Windows).

AFAIC, the player is just unnecessary code bloat. Scrap it and work on making the rest of the program schick, okay? ^_^

PS--You Limewire developers have done really good work. Kudos.

The player is already 'ditched' if you have the option to use another in the prefs/options (e.g. OSX users that choose 'Enable iTunes Support').

. . . and ditto to all the developers and opensourcers that work on the LW project.
