New Feature Requests Your idea for a cool new feature. Or, a LimeWire annoyance that has to get changed. |

![]() I think a useful feature would be a "minimize to tray" button next to the standard minimize, maximize, and close buttons. I know there's a similar feature in the options dialog, but it would be a lot nicer to have it on the main screen. I would like the ability to either close the main window and still continue download, or just completely close; instead of hitting close, and then close again on the tray. A new feature that I think is very pointless is the "Shutting down limewire" dialog that shows up when you close. That's very annoying. I don't know who's decision it was to add that, but it was a poor one. I don't need to be reminded that an application is shutting down, especially when I triggered the shutdown. I don't care if the application has to run for a few moments to run ending processes after I close it, but it would be better if it could run in the background, hidden. |
