Concise feature requests mostly in GUI talk

"Give upload preference to Limewire users? (yes/no)

Give upload preference to Limewire users running latest client version? (yes/no)

Give upload preference to Ultrapeer hosts? (yes/no)

Give upload preference to browsable hosts? (yes/no)

Give upload preference to chat enabled hosts? (yes/no)

Do not restrict uploads (or "Ban Greedy Servants") for files smaller than xx MB.

Do not restrict uploads (or "Ban Greedy Servants") for files in this folder: D:\foldername\allshare.

Ban uploads after a user has received xxxx MB from me within an 8/x hour period."

Also, ability to see Library statistics in on list regardless of shared tree structure while retaining current view ability.
