Ability to block file SIZES
 
It would help in the recent 107.4k rash. Someone has developed a program for saveclub.com or some crap that like that watches incomming search requests, and creates advertising with that specific file name. They are the same size, obviously, so if I could block files of a certain size (or even better, a small range of sizes) then I could effectively filter them out.

Any reason that couldn't be done?
