how about having an option for English (English) instead of two for English (American) are they perhaps trying to imply that there is only American English now.

They should also have one for new zealand english, tasmanian english & pidgeon english. Oh & let's not forget oxfjord english. :D

What is a right-left lay out?

It is an experimental language choice that should not be included. I don't think it actually does anything.

LOTR -- Looks like you're not using a released version of LimeWire (not one that we published, at least). Using LimeWire through CVS or other means may have side-effects of showing things that aren't meant to be released, such as that left-to-right layout. There's still a problem of showing English (United States) twice in the language listings, but I don't think that'll necessitate a new release to fix it.

Yeah you're right. I just double-checked. There's nothing wrong with the standard version except as you said.
