I'd like to request more control over bandwidth; better bandwidth settings options!

It seems the options at present are not satisfactory for everyone. The LW Bandwidth Settings are very limited! eg: I am at the bottom end of broadband (260/60 odd kbps) & was forced to choose the Modem setting. Otherwise I didn't have enough control over upload bandwidth. If I had it set to cable/dsl, I simply had no bandwidth left over to browse the net (even if it was set to minimum which is 10.94 KB/s.) The problem with the modem setting for me is if I want to reduce the downld setting, at anything less than 100% it begins at 6.93 KB/s. That's simply too slow. That is dial up speed.

I've seen other people complain about the settings available for offer.
