allow blocking of ALL ip's with a certain file

this would allow us to get rid of those spam servers hosting those ~100KB wmv files that are just spam

And what if they are using dynamic ip's. The next poor person who adopts that ip will find they're blocked out from half of the network.

nah, how bout if a new person gets a banned address.... they can apply to be allowed back on. this would work if lw themselves were doing the banning.

You know, I've always wondered about the people that subscribe to that saying:

heh--adding the ability to block anyone with certain files sounds like something the big media companies would love to see added
