Search Bug There is a bug in the search function. I found it when doing a title search for steve murano remix and then entering the year 2002. The search retrieved any file with the year 2002 and not the steve murano remixes. It seems to disregard what has been entered in the title section and just search the year and return results of songs from that year. I am using the basic version and will continue using it until the software is free from these bugs. I was wondering if this bug has been reported before and if it happens on other peoples versions of limewire. Roy. ViRtUaL-R |
i believe limewire is using the boolean OR instead of AND. i would like to see an option for limewire to include the ability to switch between booleans. |
I'm pretty sure it uses AND, but when the folder name the file is in contains the other words, your search hits... But maybe entering a year screws this up... |
