Minimimum Bitrate (One more time) I am a new user to LimeWire Pro, but have used several other file sharing services. I have searched the Feature Requests, and have seen several other postings concerning this feature, but I have seen no responses or indication as to when the feature might be implemented. So I just have three new feature requests: 1 - Allow minimum Bitrate on searches; 2 - Allow minimum Bitrate on searches; and 3 - Allow minimum Bitrate on searches :D Please !!!! Konacq |
You can arrange your search results by bit-rate by clicking or double-clicking the top of the column which says bit-rate. This will arrange the results so highest bit-rate is at top or bottom of list. If your column is not showing then right-click the top of the column bar & select it. |
LotR: Yes, I do that already. I seldom download music files below 160 - and consequently I would like to restrict my search to 160+. This way, my search contains more of the files I am interested in, and none of the lower grade files. My experience in other P2P apps is that you actually get more hits of 160+ if you are able to restrict your search to 160 and above than if you search for everything and then sort by order of bitrate, as you have suggested.
