Incorrect File Tag
 

There should be an option that allows users to tag files that they have downloaded and have found to be inaccurately labeled. This would not be a penalty to the file host, just a convenient notification that the file users are about to download may not be what they think it is. Sort of like a bug report but less complicated.

sorry, i just realized that something almost identical is already listed on the feature requests forum. but it needs to be done.
