New Feature Requests Your idea for a cool new feature. Or, a LimeWire annoyance that has to get changed. |

![]() Hi, I see the default installation makes the incoplete files available for 7 days. The problem with that is that it helps to spread fake files. For example, I wanted to download a song. Before it was complete, I "previewed" it. I realized it was fake, so I "kill download". But now for 7 days people are going to download part of this file from me, and also, when someone will search for the actual file, the number of people having this fake file will increase. See what i mean? I think you should at least make the default to be 1 day, or maybe add a special feature for that. Like "Declare this as bogus"... Thanks, Nathan |

![]() LimeWire doesn't respond to searches with your incomplete files. You must be actively downloading the file for someone to figure out that you have it (and use it as a source for uploading). |
