Feature Request - Downloading

Hi,

When we are downloading files when some files are still in status "downloading from # hosts" and the speed is less than 0KB/s, other downloads dont start.

Can you add a feature that discontinues the files that have had speed of 0KB/s for 5 mins [or more or less].
