When I first became aware of Limewire I had the impression that many, if not most, T. V. series progarms could be obtained. Also a number of VHS or DVD videos as well. I have not been successful in downloading or obtaining either of these desires. If I am doing something incorrect, I would appreciate instruction. If this capability is not currently available, would it be possible for Limewire to provide this service in the future?

Hmmm -- LW is not a file supply service, even if all the scam sites like to exploit that common misunderstanding.

LimeWire is just a program that allows users to search and connect to each other's shared files, according to the "gnutella" rules.

So, LW does not actually supply the files, just the software we use to find and share files with others.

Many users share files that probably have come from TV shows. Caution, though: those users may not have permission to share those files. However, after using a few search terms, you should be able to learn the common terms to find some files, and can quickly learn how to refine your searches.

Sorry for the vagueness, but your question might be asking for ways to get files illegitimately, and the laws are very confusing and different in each country.

Short answer? Try different search terms, and learn about copyright rules in your country.

LW does not host or have a central server where films or songs reside and if you bought LW Pro with this in mind then you are sadly mistaken

If, however, you purchased LW Basic, which is free, from a scam site then there is no mystery as to why you think you can get films, TV programs and music, you have been lied to and your money thrown away.

Therefore, please understand that LW does not, cannot and never has provided a single source of access to recorded copyright material. Only scam sites say that this is so but they are lying.
