I think it would be great for LimeWire to be able to change download speeds easily.
Whenever people want to limit how many kbps/mbps they want LimeWire to allow, they have to go into Tools>Options>Downloads.

I think we should have three bandwidth states that are customizable.
Low, Medium and High.
So that when a user clicks the "Low" icon, assuming they're on 56k, it sets their maximum download bandwidth usage to X (800bps), then Medium would be, say 2000bps, then High would be unlimited. These would be the default limits, and people could customize them however they wish.
This would be great for those times you want to browse the net but still download through LimeWire - and not wait an overly long time for the web content to load!

I'm happy to design icons if you want, too.
