best usage guidelines? AUTO-force-resume I like LimeWire, and its features are better than, say, gtk-gnutella, but I do consistently get better download speeds with gtk-gnutella. :( Nonetheless, I can generally tweak the connections while searching to get better search results, and turn off my connections while downloading to improve performance. Is this the best-for-gnutella-as-a-whole way of doing things? Also, as a new feature request, I hate searching for some rare file that I can actually find, then try downloading it, only to see "Couldn't download" after a period of time. I know that files out there (or the guy will come back online if the connection is down), I just have to be patient and try again. I think it would be much nicer if you could select a download in the queue and make it auto-force-resume. |
