Slider for download/upload bandwidth should go lower/higher

when choosing cable/dsl limit for download is much too low

when choosing T1 limit for upload is way too high

I have a 122/31,5 KB limit and it is impossible to set Limewire to optimum performance without choosing unlimited downloadspeed in Cable/dsl which in turn makes browsing and forum posting virtually impossible while having fast downloads on Limewire even with the EviD patch. The highest numberred downloadlimit is 40something in Cable/dsl

If I choose T1, I can set downloadlimit to maybe 80-90 which would be perfect but in turn the lowest uploadlimit for T1 is 31,5 which is my Max and makes browsing virtually impossible

Are there any plans to change any of them or maybe add some other setting in between them ?
