Automatic bandwidth change
 

I don't know if this is reasonable, but I would like to have LW run at 100% bandwidth until another program (IE ) requires bandwidth then LW automatically lowers to 50% or a setting defined by the user.

In addition, please but the bandwidth adjust bar on the status bar accessable similar to the volume control in windows. This would allow the users quickly and easly adjust the bandwidth as required.

If you do the first, you won't need the second.
