 it won't hurt your system 'cause that's the file that handles banner ads for programs, like LimeWire and Morpheus. Deleting that will just make the banner ads go away. But, some programs need the file or they stop working, so the dummy file gets rid of the banner ads and allows the program to continue working.  |
