Question filtering searches by keywords when using the "Browse Host" feature

I have certain keywords filtered from my searches, mainly stuff relating to kiddy porn or unnatural adult porn, which I got from a thread posted in these forums last year. It works great, I usually don't see stuff I don't want to in searches... however, when I click on "Browse Host" the filter doesn't work - the stuff still shows up. Obviously, the people are only uploading music from me (or of course, me downloading music or normal adult stuff from them), but they have stuff I don't want to see in their shared folder...

Is there any chance that the filtered keywords feature could be extended to apply to the Browse Host feature? I know there is the option of reporting them to the authorities, and that discussion has happened in other threads, but I wonder if the filter could be applied to more than just searches I do ie the Browse Host feature.

Thanks
