 not able to download everytime i download a song i get this artist direct website!!! why is that popping up and it's the only music downloadable....i can't use the new pro cause it is a blank screen on my computer...what can i do???? i spent money to buy the new pro and i can't even use it and i can't download a lot of music i want. any suggestions???? please help!  |

 If you have LW 4.12.3 then you won't be redirected to artist direct or elsewhere. I have never heard of blank screen problems on mac osx other than those using Jaguar may have some similar issues. Which OSX version are you using? It sounds like 10.2. If that's the case, try changing skins. ie: Choose View>Change skin from LW's menu bar.
