Please include msvcrt71.dll in the installation package

Hello,

The installation of Limewire fails on Windows Vista when unpack200.exe runs because Windows Vista does not include msvcr71.dll, but unpack200.exe imports from this binary. This could be fixed by including msvcr71.dll in the installation package for Limewire.
