i suggest modifying the search features to include a minimum file size so if you know the file you are looking for is at least 5MB, it will not return the bullshit results that always show up now with the filename that matches your search, but could in no way be what you were looking for because the file size gives it away.

This is annoying as hell!

Learn to use the Junk filter. There's references to it in the Beta archive section! ;)
