 auto kick  if a person wishes to upload from a member. but he is not allowing access to his file (HARDRIVE). THEN WE SHOULD HAVE A SYSTEM TO BAN THAT PERSON PERMANANTLY FROM OUR UPLOAD SYSTEM. LIKE WE CAN WITH OUR PC GAMES. FOR THOSE WHO PLAY ON LINE WHAT DO YOU THINK ???????  |

 use your firewall to block the IP addy is the best you can do....since there are no user names, no registration to get on the network, etc, expect the same user to come back with a new IP addy considering most all IP addys are dynamic to some extent...
