When searching for music i find it very hard to get what i want. I have to search over and over again. On shared files limewire itself should find the info for the album/song/Artist Etc. It would make finding Music alot easier.
Please do something like that cause if you did id be like

Keep in mind not all files out there have id3 tags. And some are created by very primitive id3 tag programs. And some from other gnutella clients don't seem to translate across properly for some reason between client types. Thus ending up with no id3 tag or lack of bit rate info., etc.

I know what you are looking for, but I can't see it happening any time soon

Do you know that you can enable extended tooltips, by right clicking on the title bar over the search screen, and hovering over items in the search screen willshow the id3 tag details. Most of these can also be seen by opening further colums in the search window. Only thing is theres not eough room for them all

This does not improve the Limewire search function, I'm afraid, but makes it a little easier to live with

Also try experimenting with search terms. If for instance you want rare files by a popular artist, They will not show up in a normal search. If you JUST enter the song or album name they are more likely to show up.
