Lessen amount of bad downloads

I noticed on the new limewire that enable to get downloads, sometimes you have to share. That's really nice and all and enhances chances to get really nice downloads but it also blows up the bad download capacity. Most download searches are bad ones being bounced around, making the good ones harder and harder to find. While I like the "give a little to get a little" thinking, I don't think its working out too well here. Can you make it how it use to be when people didn't share, no one really cared that much and good downloads out number the bad? Thanks.
