As i said before, the blockchecker, checks the filename, and not the comment...

Im looking much for videos. Avatar, DBZ/DBGT.
For avatar, i search 'Avatar Book', cuz in any file name it says 'Avatar Book 1 Chapter 1' or something, so thats alright

But with 'DBGT'... Well just try... u get very small files, all files i dont want!

And typing 'Dragonball GT' also dont work... Well it do work, but then u do get the English version of GT, and i dont like the background-sound on english version...

Now... i was searching for 'The Awakening Story'... music... well what do u think it shows up? The Roling Stones and more of those things... And i dont want The Roling Stones, they dont even have a song called to 'The Awakening Story'... It is of Faye Wong...

Then i searched ''The Awakening Story' 'Faye'', watch good, i do ' around the words by searching... I have get 20 of the 1346 files found, of Faye Wong! The other things are with Not Related To....

For the next version of Limewire, they must make something, that it checks the comment of the files....

Sleepless, I don't use the filter, I never have...I've done enough research to know what's fake and what's not...I was just showing an example of what these guys where seeing...

If u ask me, limewire must be better...

They already do split things...
Filesize, and filename, filetype

But filename must be 'title' and 'artist', those 2 in a own column
Like by kazaa
This way they are be able to search on artist i think...

And i think, after this, that spam go away too...

Well, just think about it... Now in the spam files, it says 'Not Related To: (the search term)'... But that is comment...
If u can do like by kazaa, a box, and u choose to Artist, u search for 'Final Fantasy', then he will only check the files on artist, if there is Final Fantasy in it, then it shows up...

If i could program with exe files, i did make it myself... but i cant... i can only php, html, mysql... but thats alot differents i think...

I also think, that they use something like %s or something in the comment by the files..., and that %s will change into the searchterm... But the makers of limewire must block that... or do something about that... Im not sure about this, but i think that they do it that way... By Printer, u have something that it says Page 1 of the 2, and if u go to settings u also see something like that...
'Page %p of %ptot' or something
Well, I have see something before... So i think that the files with 'Not Related To', do the same... otherwise i dont get it... why should people make about 50.000 files with differents words after the Not Related To:

Default marking them as junk

I seem to have been fairly successful marking them as junk, but there doesn't seem to be an option to not display junk results, so the mark isn't really that helpful.

I use Limewire.

It would seem to me that this problem would have to be solved at the network level, to not allow these files to show up in search results at all.

The Hosts are Coming is flying high
Default

A good way to get rid of an undesirable file like this in the results is by going in the "Location" column on the right side of the search window (if enabled) and see who hosts it. Go to "Tools > Options > Filters > Hosts" and type in the IP (range)(s) you want to block. Sorry if I'm numerically dim--I've tried it before, and it's somehow effective.

Would that work even though most of these spam results are on multiple (usually 40-80) IPs?

Default Spam

Two things iv'e noticed re spam results, one as has been mentioned elsewhere, if you cant ' Browse' sources, they are often spam, second also a question, has anyone noticed that when the network is especially busy, i.e. saturday nights etc.. you get hardly any spam results in searches???? it does seem to be a function of how many genuine hosts are online !
