People who has LimeWire (limewire should not be recommended by dial-up) should have a uploading at least enough for other users to download as fast. Or else, it will probably take a lot more hours to download from LimeWire then off your browser.

What I mean is that LimeWire Free version should at least have 28.44kb upload, so many peers can download as fast, I mean, people always lower their upload ,then other peers who just downloaded won't get as fast as of your browser.
And this will seem to help the LimeWire Pro Sales, if they don't want the upload rule (somewhere 28.44kb).

I'm sorry but lowering the upload option, isn't good for faster peer sharing and people will just quit limewire for slow downloads such as something 700mb, slow, but when this option changes, people with T1 can let users download faster, (or at least people who already downloaded the file completed.
