Double-Click conventions? Installed Limewire about 10 minutes ago and discovered it's very perculiar behaviour double-Click a file (.mp3) and it starts/plays - as it plays: double-click another mp3 and nothing double-click another mp3 and zippo double-click another mp3 and nadda double-click another mp3 and nothing as it busted already? ah no - there's a navigation bar hiding at the bottom of the screen and if'n i keep my hand steady i can click 'stop' - and 'now' i can run/play something else that's a bit crappola isn't it? my suggestion is to follow convention where double-clicking a different file aborts the existing file & restarts the new file but never 'ignore' a double-click |
Enqueue I've got a much better idea. Let double-clicking a fully downloaded music file add it to Media Player's or WinAmp's current playlist. For MP this can be done programmatically through the WMPAddToPlaylistLauncher object or the WMPEnqueue verb. |
