Incoming Search Error on Ver. 2.1

Can someone Please tell me on the New 2.1 why a warning comes up everytime I use the incoming search "enable" button.
Why does it come up everytime I click it. It's Say's I might not be able to see incoming serches but I do....Can This be disabled.
It's anoying.....Thanks......
