Is it possible to block files by size. Such as those annoying ads that are 270.6 KB in size. If it is possible then tell me HOW.

No there is no file size filter, which has been requested by members for years now.

Hate to say this, but if the ol chaps at LW can't make a Dollar off of it, they really don't care anymore. My 2 cents.
