I also want a option to disable users from getting files from me if THEY do not allow me to browse their files while they are getting file from ME.

If USERS that want files from me do NOT allow me to browse their files then I don't want them to get files from me!
I don't even see where to turn the browse host option OFF on the version of Limewire I have.
Right now I am limiting getting files from me by hand one at a time! If the browse host button doesn't highlight in Monitor, Queued, I Kill the upload!
