Some time ago it was thought that a button to mark files as trash was a great idea. Still want another button? If I were an agent of RIAA, I'd simply mark all the good files as 'dangerous', or 'virus infected', and label all the bad files as 'good' or 'safe' in order to discourage p-p file sharing.
LW can't screen files for the network. If they kept track of what's on the network, LW would go the way of Napster. Right now, your best defense tool is the link to Bitzi. Also, consider Peer Guardian, though some claim it is too conservative. You can find instruction and comments about Bitzi and PG in this forum. |
