Unfortunately HCE
The type of virus you picked up disables your AV, re-writes parts of your registry so that you cannot log onto any secure ( https://) site to get any kind of help.
Like Peerless, I have also been there and the lesson learned here is to stay away from compressed, .exe and any other program files.
Sorry that this has been an unpleasant experience for you.
