Requested features (wish list) As if you did not have enough to do, I'll start a thread for a wish list. I would like to see the file names of the files I'm currently downloading. I am not all that interested in how many bytes have been transferred and how many are remaining, but I would like to know which files are in progress. Preset the column widths to values that will not chop off entries. Now they must be adjusted every time PEERanha loads. |

If I have 300 files queued for downloading and only three of them are currently downloading, how do I easily find out which of the 300 they are? The upload window quickly shows me which files are in progress, the download window does not. If I could sort on a column which would put currently downloading files together at the top of the window I would be satisfied. |

Hi! There are two ways... The first look at the bandwidth, if bandwidth is needed the file is in progres! The second klick with the mouse botton on the right on this file, klick on show sources - now you can see the sources and their status! Morgwen |

I would have to look at every one of the 300 files to determine which three were downloading. I want to see the files that are downloading right now listed one after another. If the 1st, 100th, and 300th files in the list are the ones downloading I must browse the entire list to determine that. All I want is a easy way to see the filenames. |

Regardless of the color they are, I would still have to search a long queue of files to find the red ones. The upload window does a nice job -- you might use that as a model. Group the currently downloading files at the top of the download display just as the uploading files are displayed. |

feature request yes when you set the maximum amount of downloads it also effects the maxium users you can get the file from at once(swarm/multisource or whatever it was decided upon to call it.lol) For example i have my maximum amount of downloads set to 1 as im on 56k.Well if i start to download a file with more than one source it will only download it from the single source instead of trying from them all until its completed. Now there is sorta a way around it if you manually start the other sources but if you lose connection to them then you would have to manually start them over again. What i would like to see is an option that allows 56k users to maybe download from the most of three users or four maybe to get one file and the other downloads remain queued.Maybe an option in the settings that sets how many users we would like to be able to swarm from(you know numerical,as in just as simple as "Number of users to swarm from:3")Then maybe have another option to set how many downloads we want at one time.I hope i havent been confusing as ive tried to be pretty clear. To sum it up i am looking for a feature to where if i set my Maximum downloads to 1 that it will swarm from more than just one user and keep the other downloads in the list queued. At this point if i set maximum downloads to 2 and then i start one download and it only has one source the next download in my queue will start automaticly.I dont want this.I would like to download only one file at a time until its finished and then move on(unless sources cannot be found of course) |
