Just tell me what speed means?
choose one

a. ping
b. bit rate speed

OK I dont realy get ur question but this might help


PING: the time it takes for u to send data from u to the person that ur computer is talking to and back. (the lower the ping the better)

BITRATE: the amount of KB,MB,Kb that you d/l a second
