Can't complete downloads

The system seems to work just fine right up until I attempt to download files. I can search, I show functional connections to other IP addresses, I can select a file for download. Once the file is on the download tab it goes through a cycle of Connecting-> Queued->Pulling->Server Busy->Timed out-> Failed->Cancelled.

What am I doing incorrectly? I have a high-speed line so bandwidth is not a problem at my end. I am behind a firewall of some kind but I show plenty of connetions after changing to connect.newtella.net:8080. Is there an advantage to having more than three minimum connections? Should I search for a song, attempt to download it from multiple different servers hoping that at least one will succeed?

I have the same problem as you. Tried everything. No luck. Newtella support won't reply to email, and I've tried to start several threads along the same line as yours, but they never show up in the forums. I note mine is the only (and unhelpful) reply to your post. So I guess IT LOKS LIKE Newtella support = 0 and newtella functionality = little.
