newtella will not download i keep getting error 1024

each time i try to download it, it gets to like 99% then it stops and says file erroe 1024.but everything is saved under the location that i put it in.when i click on that it says unable to access file.does any1 know whats wronge and what i could do to fix it?please help me!!!bye
