does Newtella support resume?

wrong words earlier...oups

but does Newtella support resume like Bearshare and Gnotella?
for some weird reasons Bearshare mostly can't connect to, when limewire and gnotella can
but limewire can't resume and gnotella is the slowest on the planet

I tried Limewire and Gnucleus and it just over write my old file instead of resume!!! LAME
