Post Newtella and a Cable Router (Linksys BEFSR41)

I am unable to connect at all. I suspect it is my Linksys cable router. Has anyone had any luck getting around this?

I have the same router, I am using a static IP also have Black Ice as a Firewall. I am able to DL, just very slow. unfortunatly, i am new to this prog, just started today. So all I can say is it works with mine no prob.
