I was wondering if I could get some information about a project that I am interested in doing in conjunction with Limewire. What I would like to do is essentially create a visual interface that shows activity of users on Limewire and the files people are accessing. This is not for commercial distribution but for an academic project. I would like to use Flash for the GUI. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I should begin. I am familiar with accessing dynamic data in Flash, but have never done coding for the backend portion and am not interested in modifying it's contents. My purpose is to visualize the data and present it in a way that comments on the social activity.
