You could always put the word(s) french or/and france into your keyword filters. That might filter out a few at least. But remove those words from the keyword filter if you are deliberately searching for anything with those words in their titles.

LW's menu bar, Tools > Options > Search > Filter Keywords

Sometimes putting eng or english at the end of the search term might help bring what you are after. For example, Donald Duck english

I would tactfully suggest that the quality of the British ( English) cinema, in some eyes is somewhat better... cough than American downloads
