I have a problem with LimeWire

When i finished downloading these songs it said it couldn't put it in thje Library! Why cant it go into the Library? Help

1) you set the permissions of the Library wrong
2) you renamed/moved the Library
3) your disk is full
4) unknown error...

does it happen all the time or just on some rare occasions?
