![]() Hi I like Gnutella und use the LimeWire client. I support LimeWire by offering Upload bandwith whenever it is possible. Last Days I noticed Upload-Requests for lots of files form a single IP and it seems to me that there one does not look for what he whants to download but requests uploads to block Gnutella by requesting a lot and then downloading very slowly. I just wanted to mention this for further dicussion and inquiry. frechBengel |

![]() Reduce the number of upload-slots per host to one. In the next version 2.5 (coming in ~ 3 weeks) it will also be possible to block uploads from specified IPs. Right now blocking that IP probably won't have any effect (you could try it though). |
