Why do I have to PAY to upgrade from 2.4.4 to 2.5?

Hi,

I purchased Limewire in MAY of 2002.
It is now the end of August. I should have free upgrades for 6 months. From May of this year to the end of August is only 3 months.

Who do I need to contact to get my free upgrade?

This is a user supported forum, ... it is true some Limewire developers visit here but my guess is you need to go to their site and search out a contact there.

When you originally got LimeWire PRO you were given a URL to download the PRO version from. This URL is unique to you and will continue to work for 6 months. You should go there and get your free update.

If you lost that URL, you will need to contact LimeWire support - Ideally you should do this from the same email account that you used to sign up in the first place.
