Huh?

AS THE ABOVE MENTIONED. I am not a expert, but a static ip address # is assigned to you EACH time you log on.? I believe a Dynamic ip # is fixed and does not change from user to user. and if that is the case the number would be bounced to half the city in a week and it could have been anyone. Also as the previous person stated, it is policey for your IP to contact you. you could call them and ask why they gave out confidential information with out consent,they will be able to confirm or deny. From what I have been ready and seeing in the news, I think its a hoax. I can't believe that they would contact e-mail, It would be certified mail for sure, return reciept .IF it is not please post soon and let us know, this stuff affects all.
