Can someone tell me why there is a new version of Limewire every other day? I can never tell what version to update to.

i'd upgrade to the most recent on the day you decide to upgrade. yeah, that sounds good.

i usually wait a few weeks before i update to any new version of LW(or any software). my rule is, if it's working for what you use it for, dont mess with it.

sometimes what functions are added and/or upgraded are of little importance to how you are using a program.


of course there will be a point where you will HAVE to upgrade, as the functionality of older versions become obsolete.

also, i like to see what people are posting about the latest versions. if it is good news overall then i download, if not i wait.

I was wondering the same thing...it seems every time I download the latest version, there is immediatly a newer version....I'm talking literally every other day...this seems odd to me. there's not even enough time to figure out what needs updated, or improved.....Not even enough time to find out what the kinks are much less work the kinks out. Seems Fishy to me...Anyone know?
I do like the newer versions though. It's more convenient for setting all your options and filters.
