is there any way to prevent files like '18 yr old tied up and raped while her mother video tapes it'? i was just looking for a music video and that title came up (which had several expletives after it--i suppose for people just searching for nasty stuff). I saw a post that said sharing files was legal unless it was child porn. But isn't there a way to prevent any kind of illegal porn from the network?
(I know I can filter my searches so they won't include certain words... I'm talking about a bigger issue.)

What YOU PERSONALLY could do to clean the network from porn is to look for the IP number of people who share porn, do a whois and report abuse .
BTW I hope that music video you were looking for was free of copyrights :D
