Which is Best?

I have a mac. Ever since Napter shut down I have been using Limewire as my primary downloading/sharing application. Aside from the pausing, which is discussed in "mac-oriented somthing or other" thread, I don't really get that good of download rates. I have a cable modem and with Napster I was able to get between 200 and 300 kb/sec consistently. With limewire, I might luckily stumble onto a 100 kb/sec every once in a while, but not often. Most of the time I settle for something around 10 kb/sec. Is limewire the only decent program for macs? I tried using mactella, but that flat out sucks. Are there any other good sharing applications for a mac out there with which I can get some decent download speeds?
