File not found I have many songs that I share on a semi regular basis, but lately I am seeing something alarming I can not seem to correct. As I monitor the "monitor" window I see many folks attempting an upload of my files and the status "file not found" is appearing in an increased rate. I thought I could just remove my music folder from the "shared" path and re-enter it. I assumed it would re-hash the files and reset the database so Limewire would again know where my files to be shared are residing. No go. Any one know how I can solve this annoyance? My files are right where they have been since the beginning, yet Limewire has forgotten where they are. Dennis |
I think those uploaders need to send a fresh requery to your shared files to get an updated reference to download. You probably can't do anything about it. |
Thanks, Efield. It just looks messy to me. |
